As I step into the world life was very challenging. When I heard the word technology In this course all i could think about was the application of scientific knowledge for practical purpose.
During my life in the interior, I used to hear about computers, but never got a chance to operate one. Our community didn't have the opportunity to have these machines.
While attending Cyril Potter College I was very excited. But as the days went by, assignments were given to students and I heard all assignment had to be submitted online I felt nervous and ashamed.
Because I was the only person in my class who never touched a computer. In addition I had no email address and password which which was necessary to do my work.
And now since arriving I have got an email address, but every time i try my password it never works. I dont know why, but at least I have already touched a computer and it was a nice experience(if you try rather than you sit there).
I enjoy doing work with my friends on the computer.My friends are always there eveytime I need help, they are willing to do so.
This course has introduced me to a wider society and I love it alot.
Finally I would like to recommend the following:-
more computers should be introduced into the computer room
there is a need for more trained persons to help those who are not acquaint with computers
larger laboratory with computers which can hold a large group of students.
